* I.D.

* Proof of residence

* Proof of Household Income

* Birth Certificates (or proof of guardianship) for all children- up to age 17 only                                                     

YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT ALL OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENT

PLEASE NO  CHILDREN AT  SIGN-UPS

Effective September 3, The Salvation Army Renton Rotary Food Bank and Service Center will no longer be open on Saturdays. The Rotacare Medical Clinic will continue to operate on Saturdays.
 
The Salvation Army Renton Rotary Food Bank and Social Services Center is open 5 days a week, providing food, financial assistance and case management.
